Global's 3 inch paring knife makes peeling potatoes and dicing up strawberries with clean crisp edges a breeze with it's razor sharp cutting edge. The handle is dimpled for a safe and secure grip. Global recommends using a ceramic sharpener or a diamond steel instead of a metal sharpening steel for its knives, supplemented by a synthetic whetstone, a ceramic whetstone, or a Shinkansen sharpener.
