RSVP Food Mill

This food mill really comes in handy for many reasons, but anytime you want to make "riced" potatoes, pureed vegetables, smooth tomato or apple sauce you'll be grateful you have the food mill in your repertoire of gadgets. This durable machine is made of stainless steel with a comfortable wooden handle. Three easily interchangeable discs are included; fine 2mm, medium 3mm, and coarse 5mm. • Hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly
• Fine 2mm disc: Fruit jellies and sauces, berry fruit juices, and baby food
• Medium 3mm disc: Vegetable purees for soups and sauces, cranberry and apple sauces
• Coarse 5mm disc: Potato, squash, and vegetable purees with coarse texture, riced potatoes, tomato sauce
• Other uses: sift flour or powdered sugar, break up sugar lumps, puree berries, strain berry seeds for jams of jellies, sieve lumps from gravy and sauces
