Use the 8" Inocuivre Tradition lid to cover your 8" pan for simmering, reduction cooking, protect from splattering etc.

Made to fit your 8" Inocuivre Pans perfectly, this copper lid has a stainless steel underside and a cast iron handle firmly attached by rivets.

Oven safe. Handwash recommended with soap and water, do not use any harsh or abrasive products. Use our copper cleaner to maintain color and shine. Soak in water and white vinegar to remove oxidation.
